General Server Rules and Regulations

The following Terms of Service ("TOS," "Terms" or "Agreement") apply to your use of our website and all services, features and/or content provided by us. By using it you declare that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this TOS. The latest version of our TOS is always available on the website. It is essential that you read this TOS prior to registering or using in any service from shaiyaunity.

Voting

Voting must be carried out by a real person, not through the use of any automated voting scripts, bots or programs. Voting on different websites than the own related on our website is forbidden. In case you are caught cheating the voting system to gain advantage, in any possible way, we reserve the right to reset your votes and disable your account to prevent visitors from visiting your page or your URL address.

Removal of Servers (registered Accounts))

We reserves the right to remove any server at any time with or without prior notice. A server may be removed for a number of reasons including, but not limited to:

  1. Inappropriate server details (banner, name, description etc…)
  2. Abuse of the voting system.
  3. Anything other than the exact server name in the name field.

Server Content

You are only permitted to add a server to shaiyaunity.online if you are the owner of the server or if you have been given explicit permission by the owner. You may only create one listing for the same server, multiple listings of the same server will be removed.

Once a server has been added, you agree that shaiyaunity.online can make regular attempts to gather and store data from your server (server online/offline, reversion, etc…) and display this on our website.

As a server owner you agree not to upload any pornographic, illegal, racist or hateful content as part of the server details (banner, name, description etc…).

Payments

Payments for Premium Advertising is meant to help you into increasing the visibility of your website, there is not guarantee of results and we don't accept any refund based on missing success.
